All my life I’ve had mornings when I wake up and I feel the need to create. The desire to contribute something beautiful and meaningful has always been a part of who I am, and that desire has led me to try all kinds of things. Some of them I’m good at. Some of them I’m not. (I can’t draw to save my life!)

But some of my favorites include filmmaking, graphic design and photography.

I’ve also spent a considerable amount of time in the theater, and I’ve worked in (and love) every facet of live production, including: writing, acting, directing, stagecraft and design.

After graduating with a degree in Communication Arts from Indiana Wesleyan University I went to work for Charlotte Repertory Theater, a professional LORT theater in North Carolina.

When I was given an opportunity to use my God-given abilities in the church, my wife and I moved to San Diego to be a part of the ministry of Skyline Church.

In short, I’m lucky enough to make a living doing what I love.

    In 2003 I married my high-school sweetheart, Karen, and in 2009 we welcomed our first child, Finnden.
